From San Zaccaria (Vaporetto)

  • Walk 2–3 minutes west along the Riva to Ponte della Paglia.

From Piazza San Marco

  • Head towards the lagoon side of the palace; the viewpoint is just beyond.

Look up: you’ll spot the arch connecting two grand façades.
